Wenas Lake Loop

45 miles - Moderate to Brisk. Some hills.

Saturday's weather isn't looking too promising, so let’s not start too early. Lets say 8 am at Fred Meyers. From Fred Meyers we go to the lake by way of South Naches to Gleed, to Old Stage Way, Speyers, Selah Loop, to North Wenas and out to the lake. Then from the Lake we will climb Naches Wenas, drop into Naches and head back to Fred Meyers on South Naches. This is essentially the Yakima Ridges 45 mile loop. My guess is this group will likely be in the 14-18 mph pace.

We could plan to meet up with another group at 8:45 at the Yakima County Fire Station off of North Wenas and Gibson Road (just north of Selah) if someone wanted to lead that group. We need a ride host. Contact Elaine@mountadamscycling.org if you would like to host a shorter ride. It would be around 20-25 miles or so out to the lake and back on North Wenas
